CEO Sara Razavi Featured at 2026 Financial Innovations Roundtable

Sara Razavi, CEO of Working Solutions and Main Street Launch, was a featured speaker at the 2026 Financial Innovations Roundtable, hosted this month by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and the Center for Impact Finance.

This year's roundtable, "CDFI Consolidation, Collaboration and Integration: Designing the Next Generation of Community Finance Platforms," convened senior practitioners, funders, policymakers, and investors to examine how new institutional models — including mergers, shared service platforms, and networked CDFI systems — can expand reach, strengthen financial resilience, and deepen impact in underserved communities.

Sara is a leading voice on consolidation strategy in the CDFI sector and co-author of The Future of Consolidation in the CDFI Sector: A Proactive Strategy for Scale and Impact. At the roundtable, she delivered a keynote on the phases of CDFI consolidation and facilitated a panel on assessing organizational readiness for integration.

Her remarks drew on her leadership of the strategic partnership between Working Solutions CDFI and Main Street Launch, which has strengthened both organizations' operational capacity, extended their collective reach across California, and offered a model for scaled impact across the CDFI industry.
