City of Berkeley: Funding, Workshops, and Support for Small Businesses

Funding

Working Solutions offers small business loans of $5,000-$100,000 with the following terms:

  • 7% (RLP) for businesses who can demonstrate disruption by the COVID-19 pandemic or 9.5% (RLF) for all other businesses

  • Must be located in the city of Berkeley

  • No minimum credit score

  • No collateral required

  • 5-year loan terms

  • $50 application fee

  • 5% closing fee + $5 UCC filing fee
