Titi Ikhile serves as Chief Program Officer at Working Solutions CDFI, where she leads the Lending, Community Development, and Business Consulting teams to deliver the organization’s core capital and consulting products. During her tenure, Titi has led the development of Working Solutions’s restorative approach to lending, which integrates trauma-informed, equitable, and culturally competent practices into all stages of the borrower journey, from financial education to application support, underwriting, and post-loan consulting. 

Prior to joining Working Solutions, Titi held roles at Citibank, JPMorganChase, and the Contra Costa Small Business Development Center and ran her own consulting business, developing a wide-ranging skill-set in financial analysis, sales, marketing, and business development. 

As a member of the Working Solutions Executive Team, Titi has supported significant growth in the organization’s capital deployment, asset size, and impact. Over the past 5 years, Working Solutions has tripled its all-time deployment from $20 million to $60 million while maintaining a focus on small-dollar loans and grants, with 99% of capital deployed to low-income and other historically marginalized entrepreneurs. Additionally, Working Solutions has quadrupled its assets from $5 million to $20 million since 2013. Working Solutions recently expanded both its geographic footprint and loan size, now providing small business loans of up to $100,000 throughout the entire state of California.  

Titi currently serves on the board of HIAS Economic Advancement Fund, an emerging CDFI that provides access to capital for refugees and other displaced entrepreneurs. She also serves as an Advisor at a venture capital firm for female founders. Titi holds a Masters Certificate in Business Analysis from Villanova University and a B.S. in Finance & Entrepreneurship from University of Southern California, and she is a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional.
