Wells Fargo Makes $1.5 Million Grant to Working Solutions

Working Solutions is thrilled to be a Wells Fargo Open for Business Fund grantee!

Thanks to a $1.5 million grant from the Open for Business Fund, Working Solutions will support more entrepreneurs like Chef Oumar Diouf, founder of The Damel, to help them get back to growth and emerge from the pandemic even stronger. According to Chef Oumar, “The fact that Working Solutions believed in my background as a chef and the potential of my business, and trusted me, was a huge support.”

Wells Fargo’s support for Working Solutions and other Bay Area organizations through the Open for Business Fund was announced yesterday at a Tree Lighting Ceremony with San Francisco Mayor London Breed in the Bayview Hunters Point neighborhood. The event was attended by Working Solutions team members Titi Ikhile, Director of Lending and Consulting, and Anita Russell, Business Development Officer.

Thank you, Wells Fargo, for this transformative gift that supports our continued work and impact on behalf of Bay Area entrepreneurs!
