Natalya joined Working Solutions in 2019 and serves as Director of Data & Impact. Prior to Working Solutions, Natalya worked for the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, raising funds for park projects and community engagement programs. Natalya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Brown University and is committed to working toward a more just and equitable world.
