Elizabeth Dwyer joined Working Solutions in 2026 as Grants Manager, helping to drive capitalization to serve our communities. Prior to Working Solutions, Liz led program design, impact analysis, and fundraising for CDFIs and financial inclusion organizations nationwide — raising $35 million to launch and expand lending, technical assistance, and thought leadership initiatives.

Liz is a longtime VITA volunteer who has served on the Associate Boards of Ladder Up and Center for Economic Progress, as well as a representative on the City of San Francisco Reinvestment Working Group and California Small Business Coalition for Racial Justice. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Cornell College and attended graduate school for an M.A. in International Development at American University.
