Since joining the organization in 2022, Cecy has played a key role in connecting small business owners with the resources and affordable capital they need to grow and thrive.

A small business owner herself, Cecy understands firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs face. Her work is driven by a commitment to financial education and equitable access to capital, especially in priority communities. Cecy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Communications and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to build strong, trust-based relationships across diverse communities.
