Frank joined Working Solutions on contract in 2016 through FLG Partners.

Frank’s clients include early and mid-stage companies and a number of non-profit organizations and foundations. He has over 30 years of financial management, primarily in financial services, hospitality, and health care services companies. Frank is experienced with CDFI’s, establishing and managing finance and accounting groups, budgets & forecasting, operations, customer service, IT, human resources, administration and facilities functions. He led the re-financing of more than $107 million in taxable and nontaxable bonds. He has worked with venture capital and private equity funded companies, which ranged from pre-revenue to $200+ million in revenues.

Prior to joining FLG, he served as CFO for two privately held multi-state senior living companies and Frank was the CEO of a registered investment adviser and mutual fund. Frank co-founded Community Bank of the Bay (a CDFI bank in Oakland, California), and serves as director and chair of its audit committee. He is an adviser to one of Working Solutions key partners, Inner City Advisors, in Oakland.

Frank holds a BA in Child Psychology, a Masters in Public Health from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
