Karla Posada joined Working Solutions as a Business Consulting Officer in 2022. Prior to joining the team, Karla worked with the Latino Economic Development Center in Washington, D.C. as a Business Coach and Program Manager. Karla draws from her extensive experience in sales, marketing, finance, and multi-channel product distribution gained in markets in the U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean. Karla is committed to working with underserved communities to help build resiliency and empower small business owners.
