Crystal Rasmussen joined the Working Solutions team as Business Consulting Officer in 2021. Previously, Crystal served as a program manager for Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, where she led entrepreneurial program development, including the delivery of small business training classes, workshops, and one-on-one consulting, as well as coordinating an annual “Passion to Profit” small business conference. She has an extensive background in accounting and finance in the small business and corporate sectors and is co-owner of a small insurance business. She has a sincere passion for serving small business clients and believes deeply in the mission of Working Solutions.
