Abby Chilingarian joined Working Solutions in August 2021. As Senior Lending Officer, Abby is responsible for evaluating and analyzing loan applications, preparing credit memorandums, and verifying compliance with lending guidelines.

Before joining Working Solutions, Abby worked in data collection and analysis and program monitoring and evaluation in non-profit, social enterprise, and economic empowerment spaces. Abby is bilingual and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and International Development from Western Washington University and Fairhaven College.
